Can you be a little more specific about what you're trying to do and what the problem is? No guarantee I can help, but maybe with more information, someone else can.

Well, I don't know enough about objects to be much help, but have you seen this tutorial? How are you animating the object? Or are you having problems getting a sim animation to play? Please tell us in a little more detail what you're trying to do. Where exactly does the error occur? Are you interacting with the object in game already, or are you pressing some button in S4S? Maybe you can go over what you've done so far and someone with more experience can spot the problem. It sounds like maybe something is missing from the package and a step was forgotten somewhere.

actually Im using this tutorial sims4studio.com/thread/8988/animated-objects-tutorial?page=1&scrollTo=77596 because i want a sim to swing a hammer. I figure if the sim will play the animation I could then find a way to make them hold an hammer while doing it but i want to make sure the animation works right first before i get that far. I havent done this in a while so it is possible I forgot a step. or some thing. .

Hi, did you type the name of your animation .blend into the clip SourceAssetName box, or did that .blend file name get there through some other method? When I looked at necrodog's example file, I noticed he had a Merged Package Manifest in his package. One package appears to be his model .blend and the other appears to be the .blend that contains his animation. I'm not 100% sure, but it seems like your animation .blend is not actually contained inside your package. Let me know if I'm completely off track.
