How to make Custom Paintings (How to recolor a painting)
Hello everybody!
Want to place your own images on paintings in The Sims 4, then this tutorial is for you!
This is also a great tutorial to start making your own Custom Content as it's not that difficult.
• As saving as PNG is much easier and faster then saving as DDS, here is what you have to do following my tutorial:
At 2.00, when exporting the diffuse texture file, save as PNG instead of DDS.
Do the same at 4.40 and 5.56, so save as PNG instead of DDS.
You can also use PNG for the Custom Thumbnails and at 10.35 to delete the shiny glass look when exporting that file and when saving it too. No need to use DDS files at all!
