The new stilted foundations have two model and texture parts to them: the main trim that runs around the edge of the floor, and the stilt poles. The main trim is the only texture available in the texture tab; the stilt pole textures are only in the warehouse.
I created recolours, imported all the main trim textures, and then individually imported their corresponding pole textures in the warehouse. In the model viewer they appear as they should. In game only the trim is visible, and the stilt poles are invisible.
I've tried exporting the pole texture as dds and importing as dds, and both ways as png (I prefer to work with pngs so this is what I did first). Neither works. I've tried simply replacing the textures that are already there (rather than creating new swatches) with my own and still the same happens.
I'd appreciate any help with this, because those stilts are crying out for recolours! Thanks.
Related foundation issue but if you think this needs its own thread please let me know and I'll start one: the thumbnail function has been broken for foundations for absolutely ages (a couple of years). It just shows as a white box with a red X in the game. None autogenerate when importing textures in S4S, and neither can we generate them by viewing each swatch in-game.
