you just want new wood textures etc? open the original sims 3 meshes in tsrw and export the multiplier. than pick a texture and overlay it over the multiplier (in new layer multiply or overlay) and that does the trick.

So you're looking for someone to just make new colour swatches from the base design, correct? Like, colour editing of the .dds texture? If you've got the Photoshop layers I might be able to do it.
