Hey everyone, i found this tool online, originally posted in this thread that is now offline, retrieved from this article.

I downloaded it and it is not a virus, take that as you will.

I converted EA's washing machine normal map from greyscale to regular easily:

I've used this site linked below many times since Photoshop tends to crash when I try to make a normal map with it. However, I just learned not too long ago that you can bake a normal map in Blender. Good to know if for some reason you don't have internet access.
