I downloaded the mac version of S4S and when I opened it none of my CC showed up. Then I looked in the mods folder and realized I had sub-folders, so I fixed that and it still isn't working. I have the paths configured to my mods folder and my game—and I double-checked that they were correct—and I don't understand why nothing is showing up.

To open CC in s4studio, you either click on the my projects button and open cc individually, or you place CC in this directory 'C:\Users\(name)\Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Mods'.

Hi sorry I'm really computer illiterate, could you please go into more detail of how to place the CC where you describe? Do I straight up take my mods folder and place it there or do I copy everything in my mods folder and make a new one?? I'm not even old just not good with computers RIP me. Also I just downloaded the Mac version and I don't have a "my cc" button like it shows in the instruction page.

Hi youngcatlady. the Mac version doesn't have My CC yet (it will). If you want to clone a CC item with Studio you need to put it in the folder jwofles showed above: C:\Users\(name)\Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Mods. If you want to open a CC item using Studio, click the My Projects button and navigate to where you have the .package saved and select it.
I do not recommend copying your entire Sims 4/Mods folder into the Sims 4 Studio/Mods folder. You should only put things into the Sims 4 Studio/Mods folder if you want to clone them. If you describe what you are trying to accomplish, it would be easier to help you.

ooohhh ok gotcha. I was just hoping to have a way to organize the cc I have better. I've played the sims for years but only recently have dipped my toes into cc. (I'm doing the 100 baby challenge and I am sick of dressing my kids in all the same clothes lol).
