Hi!
I think I understand what you mean.
You want to be able to change the animation that adults use when they are using the bathtub.
As far as I know you can edit a specific item so your sim will not do a certain action but I don't know how to remove/change the animation for the whole game for a certain type of items.
It should be something about poses/tuning I think. Hopefully someone will give you a better answer.

Np Could you tell me more about the accessories moving? From the picture I do not understand what you mean. Do you mean with sliders or when sim moves a part of his/her body?
