Extreme Violence & Road to Fame Mod links broken? [RESOLVED]

Hello!
I was trying to update my mods for this month before the new expansion comes out (silly, I know, because I will have to do it all over again after). When I go to Sacrificial Mods thread and click the download links for his latest mod updates, they don't ever load and time out while trying to. Extreme Violence and Road to Fame are the only two mods of his that I put in my game. I really liked the changes and novelty they brought to the game so I hope I don't have to just remove them as broken mods. Is anyone else having this issue or is anyone else aware of what may be wrong? I have no problems loading anything on my internet at the time being. I do not know why the download links timeout rather than download.
