I installed Leniad's juice mod however in the "Make Juice" menu I only see a few juices out of all of the ones I downloaded. Whenever I click one of the blank slots it gives me a script error. Any clue what I might have done wrong or suggestions?

From your image it appears you have an error. As to what the error is, I can't say. My suggestion would be to remove mods dealing with food or drink, loading the juices and see if the problem persists. If this fixes the issue, add back mods a few at a time until you find the issue. I don't mean food/recipe mods; I mean kitchen/cooking mods.

after the update the Harvestable White Grape, Harvestable Cabernet Grape, and Harvestable Red Grape no longer work my sim plants them and they just disapear

I know that Leniad is working on the problem but With the introduction of Seasons all custom harvestables crashed. EA changed when the plants grown and are harvested to fit into the various seasons. All harvestable custom content needs to be edited to indicate which season it will grow, etc.
Hopefully it won't be very long before the harvestables here are fixed, I miss using them!

Yeah, he does have a lot of harvestables to fix not to mention the menu expander. We just need to be patient.

They are being updated then? The harvestables I mean? I do love using Leniad's creations, he's great at what he does. I was just looking for information if they are actually being updated, if so I will wait patiently if not my sims may cry hahaha.

I was speaking out of hope. We haven't heard from Leniad himself on whether or not he is fixing all the breaks Seasons has done to his content but I've spoken with another creator on the subject and she said there was a lot that Seasons broke in her content.
Leniad has several plants to fix plus the menu expander and if the code has changed again, I suspect that the custom script that accompanies the menu expander will have to be updated as well.

Which is something Andrew another modder that has his script used in the menu expander, will most likely have to work on.
