sims 4 studio keeps crashing?

so every time i try to do anything in sims 4 studio, the application stops working. i've looked through the troubleshooting page, i've googled the issue, i've watched youtube videos in an attempt to solve it. nothing is working. i go to recolor something or start a new mesh and after picking from the catalog, the app crashes. i've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. like i said, i've done everything i can think of. my computer is up to date and has no issues running any programs so this is pretty bizarre for me.

when i go to documents < sims 4 studios < logs, this is what it says:
