As someone who creates CC, there are forums here I can not make threads in.
I couldn't find anything that would give me an answer as to why not, but it is really frustrating. Can someone please help?

Can you give an example on which threads you're not having access to?. I was going to but then I realized that the CAS & Pose tutorial are for actual tutorials and not questions...... Which leads me to my question of, what is the best forum here to post my questions about creating content? |

If you have a question about the tutorial you can make that question in the tutorial's thread. If you need any support making content in a specific project you can open a Thread in the Creators Help section of the forum. HERE. Before you do though, make sure to read the common problems since a lot of stuff gets repeated and has already been answered. HERE. Also, follow THIS thread on how to create a thread in the Creators Help. |

suddenly I can't make treads anymore either :( have I been banned from making them or something I don't get it the option to make threads is just gone. I really needed help with something and I can't even ask

You need more posts under your belt to have access to some of them. I think 50 is the count.

I can't find where "Create thread" is either. I've been clicking all around and can't find any option to create threads or posts. I had a question about converting Sims 2 clothes to Sims 4 but can't get Blender to work properly.

I didn't even know there's multiple forums? I just needed to create a thread where I used to because the umbrella mod has broke my game, and removing the umbrella mod did not fix it so since the mod came from here I thought I might be able to get some help but for no reason apparent to me I can no longer do that?
