Can't Post In Bug Reporting, But I have a Bug

I cannot post bug reports in the bug reporting section. The site is acting as if I have been banned from there and there is no reason for it. At any rate, I have problem with the latest version of studio so I thought I'd post it somewhere. Maybe it will be seen and addressed. I have done several clean installs of the newest version and still it crashes before it even gets a chance to load. Nothing works. I re-installed wishes 3.1.0.2 and it starts right up without a hitch.

Any ideas or help would be awesome as I would very much like to straighten out my creations before the break someone's game.
