I think the mod that is closest to your request now is Ownable Car modthesims.info/download.php?t=558029Technically, you cannot drive the car on the road and watching the surrounding scenery right now in the game, because The Sims 4 does not have open world like The Sims 3, but that mod that let you own a car and travel by it (instead of clicking the phone now you are clicking the car) with appropriate moodlet - Travel In Style |
