Modding Request: Pokemon Yveltal

I've been searching for a mod that includes this pokemon for my friend, but I couldn't find any. As Yveltal is one of my favorite pokemon, I would appreciate it if someone took the time to make it. I don't really want any special features, just a creature that doesn't move and just floats there would be amazing too.
