Tattoo request!

I was making Percy Jackson themed sims and was wondering if someone could make a few SPQR tattoos for me. Preferably on the left or right arm upper or lower doesn't matter.

There were some made by bowgirl16559 for Sims 3 but I'm not sure how or even if they can be converted.
