So I *really* love this default replacement lip detail by Nyloa. However, unfortunately, she has been inactive for over a year (last post was 23 June 2016). Since then the toddlers patch came. You can find her TOU here nyloa.tumblr.com/termsofuse but, (please tell me if I'm wrong!), I believe on MTS the protocol is if a mod isn't updated for x amount of months (I think 2, maybe more, Idk), another creator is allowed to come along and update it. I know tumblr isn't MTS but I'd imagine similar protocol would apply.
