Mod Request: Donkey Kong's Pauline hairstyle.

I was browsing for some poses and can across a Sim with I guess was photoshopped hair but not sure. It looked extremely close to the hairstyle used on Nintendo's Donkey Kong Pauline character. I wanted to see if anyone could make it since I think the image I saw was not a real custom Hairstyle I could download.  I really like that hair and would love to see it on my sims.
