IntroductionIf you have content that is showing in the catalog for aliens when you don't want it to this batch fix will rectify this. It will search your Mods folder (or any folder you point it at) and remove the alien tag from all CAS items. It will create a back up folder in the place of your choosing as well. What you will needSims 4 Studio 2.4.2.0 (Love) or above InstructionsOpen Studio and click the Ctrl, the Alt, and the c keys on your computer keyboard to bring up the Cheat Console. Type in the word restorehumanity and click OK. Studio will then run the batch fix process on the folder you've chosen to run the program on.

Hi @wj, there was a recent change to the disallow cc for aliens batch fix that changed additional fields to prevent aliens from using them that the original one did not do. This was because the original fix did not always work to disable random aliens from wearing the CC (it just stopped the person playing the game from choosing it for their aliens). If you could send one that got modified that should not have been modified, I can take a look at it.

So I'm almost having the exact opposite problem. I'm going in trying to use the batch fixes for "Allow CC for Aliens" and "Allow CC for Vampires", and it's saying it's fixed everything, or that there's nothing else to fix, yet I still have tons of CC that don't have the tags selected.

If I understand correctly, if I want don't want random aliens wearing cc, but I do want the option to assign it to my played aliens in CAS, I should choose allow for aliens and disallow for random. If that is correct, is there a batch fix to allow for aliens? Also does the aliens check box apply to the disguise as well?

Allow for aliens allows the CC for the occult type so they can wear it even in non-disguise form. Disguised form works like normal sims. This batch fix won't make your RANDOM generated aliens to wear the CC. It only will apply the category to CAS. Disallow for random won't allow any RANDOM generated townie, either normal, vampire or alien to wear the CC.

Thank you for explaining what the "enable for aliens" does specifically.
I am having a new problem. Take it with a grain of salt because I have a bit of an odd set up for my game files, but since others mentioned it as well I thought I'd ask about it in hope of help. I am having the same problem as others where running the "allow for aliens" batch fix doesn't work. Considering that the other poster had this issue on an older version of sims4studio, and at that time I didn't have the issue, I assume it is not sims4studio's fault.
The pop-up says 151 items were fixed, but when I look at the files they still don't have the box checked off. If I run the fix again, it reports the same files as fixed without the fix saving. I am using sims4studio 3.1.3.2 and my game is batched to 1.60.54.1020.I reinstalled sims4studio and changed some windows defender settings, and ran the fix a few more times, and it now I'm getting "no fix needed" even though the files are enabled for alien. The files I enabled for alien manually are still enabled.
