Hey guys! I updated so everything can use the design tool, and added the footprint to the single mattress so Sims will no longer walk through it. Please re-download! This is too awesome and I thank you all for doing this! Love the community and S4S forum. One question, will this file replace the objects or don't require replacing in my sim's homes? Either way I am downloading. LOL |

LOL They will replace the files since they have the same names, but unfortunately in the game itself I think the originals will all disappear so you'll need to replace them, yeah. |

The originals will disappear because the process of enabling them for the design tool results in a loss of identity. There is no way around this problem unless EA fixes the problem on their end. Their representative stated quite awhile ago that they would fix it in a patch but, so far, they've failed to do so. If they do Annachibi's fixed mattresses will still work  |

Hi! Anyone that can help I would really appreciate it! I downloaded this mod a couple days ago, and after downloading the zip file, and converting it using WinZip, I put it in my mods folder, and it is not working in game. They all were successfully converted to Package Files like needed, and it still doesn't work. Thanks!

Hmm Lolo, the only thing I can think of is that if I have the files in subfolders, you may want to take the packages out of those and put them in the main Mods folder. If I'm not mistaken, it takes a little modding/editing of game files to allow a certain depth of subfoldering, so that could be your issue.

You can replace your resource.cfg with my modified one HERE. I have it set up so that you can have 5 levels of sub-folders along with an elevated priority overrides folder 5 sub-folders deep. For demonstration purposes:
Mods Folder Clothes
Hair
Objects
Furniture
Chairs
Overrides*
Animation
*the Overrides folder must be named this way. |

Hello Annachibi Through a post from our facebook, we found out about your amazing work regarding separating frames and bedding of sims 4 beds. That post we've mentioned was someone asking us to make one of our recent bed available this way ( separated ) and we thought it was a great idea, but of course we would like to notify you first. Is it okay to use it as base for any future work of SIMcredible? credit will be given on the object and we already have the link for sims 4 studio at out links page. Hi simcredible, welcome to Studio forums...it's great to meet you. In the recent past there have been texture issues reported when using a mattress-free frame as the base for a custom content clone if the frame was made using the method Annachibi used to make this set. The cause of the issue wasn't clear and it may not occur with your project. It's worth giving it a shot but if you run into the same kind of texture problem and need help getting a frame to work with post again and someone can help out |
