Hi I haven't had a chance to play TS4 in almost a year! So I'm updating my game via Origin, doing a fresh install of CC and was wondering if I need to keep the files in the Tray folder? As I'm starting a fresh new game - no saved Sims etc - I don't want to reload an old save (deleted these anyway) so was wondering if I really need to keep all the files in Tray or can I delete and start with a clean folder?

Tray files save the data of anything you have in your gallery or library. Your saved sims, lots, etc. If you want to lose all that, it doesn't matter if you delete the folder. Your saves (general gameplay) will be saved in the Saves folder. Including all the gameplay you've done until you saved last time. If you want to start fresh you can also delete what's inside that folder.

Most excellent Mathcope, now I can delete those files with gay abandon before starting fresh :D
