This flooring is similar to two of the patterns from EA in the game. Neither was used or recolored for this, rather I found this pattern online and it was just different enough to lend itself to some reinvention. Hopefully you will see the gem effect in the diamonds when installed in your home. Some of the colors came out to be quite dramatic when I was playing with them in my Photoshop.

Happy pastel colors prevail in this tough all purpose linoleum, heavy duty enough for every area of your home where you require a long wearing floor. Inexpensive and interesting. Expect to find children using crayons on this to 'connect the dots'...no problem. Crayon wipes away without staining.
Comes in 12 cheerful colors.

These are the same pattern as the NZKS_FloralWalls–Small Pattern but minus baseboard. (NB=No Baseboard) Created with Sims4Studio. All patterns are in the same package. BTW...Sorry for the bad picture. It is very hard to get a good photo inside the game. The wallpaper is much better than the illustration.

Another linoleum for your Sims4 homes. This is one from my own past, that I found as a pattern online, and when I processed it, I saw that it is a flooring I had in my very own young-wife time. I have a happy/sad feeling when I look at it, about my children being very small, and how hard I worked to keep things nice in our tiny, drafty house. And how it was all for nothing....SIGH! I hope you enjoy this flooring as much as I did then. ShinylVinyl was a trademark, from a place I don't even know exists anymore. If I have stumbled on some kind of violation of some kind of copyright (50 years later), please forgive.

A pretty but subtle pattern for your floor in matte finish linoleum. This is a padded linoleum that will work well in child areas, as well as the kitchen where you have to be on your feet. Resists wear and staining, without a shiny glare due to space age coating by SPANUSTON due to be used in the interior of the newest space exploration craft.

I made these for my own use, along with more than 40 other colors, as just bases for adding trims and borders. Since all the coloring and baseboard add was done, I decided to package them to share. Please add your own trims and borders, and post them back up. You will first have to expand them to the required wall sizes, and then size them down after you have added to them.
There are 20 hues in this first set, the first of three. All purpose walls, very inexpensive.

From my Sims 2 wallpaper seasonal collections, I have converted these. They were made for a Thanksgiving theme. Very dressy and formal for dining rooms. Original art and art found online, converted to wallpaper use by NZKS.
