Hi Paffina, can you describe a little bit about what you're trying to do with this garment? I ask because when I look at the mesh in Blender there are mirrored parts of the mesh that still have bones assigned to the side they came from. This is causing, for example, your left and right clavicle mesh parts to both be assigned to the same clavicle joint. If I have an idea of what you want to do with the item I think I can help more to get you on a path that will end up with a working mesh. Edited to add: it looks like you're trying to mirror the dress so the flower half is replaced by the fabric folds half. I think you will need to reassign the original weights of the dress to your new mesh. There is a tutorial in the CAS/Pose tutorial section that shows how to do that. Your second UV is also showing one half on both sides. I think you should be able to flip one side over onto the other to correct that issue.

PaffinaSims , Like orangemittens said, you need to fix the weights after mirroring the mesh. You should try brujah's tutorial HERE to fix your weights. I tried it on your package, it only took a few minutes and it looks fine in CAS now
