My sim wears a detective uniform instead of being naked... He's not even a detective! What can I do?

There's a batch fix for that here. It will fix most things and once you've done it if you make sure any additional cc that you download goes through the batch fix first, you can keep it from happening again. How ever, if you run it and you still have problems, it means the Sim itself is bugged and that's more challenging. There is more information in the notes section for the batch fix on what more you can do and a thread that I can link or bump...

Hmmm...I'm not finding what I was thinking of, but looking back at the notes, I think you'll find the info need.

Someone made a fix for bugged Sims. This fix will not stop Sims from becoming re-bugged by incorrectly tagged garments and I haven't tried it myself so I cannot say for sure that it works. If you decide to try it I would suggest running Studio's batch fixer first fix your garments and then run this to fix bugged Sims. After that run the batch fixer on your Mods folder each time you add new CAS content to insure that your Sims don't become bugged.

Thanks so much for answering! I have tried both of them, but none helped. The one called Reset bathing outfit just changes it to a random combination of EA clothes. It doesn't seem to be a problem of CC tagged the wrong way. This happens with a Sim I've downloaded from someone's tumblr. Even if I remove the CC folder, the problem is still there.

DELETE. RELOAD FROM SCRATCH - ENTIRE GAME. Yes, it is Painful - Red Wine Helps. Lose ALL Script Mods. Ouch! Yes, Ouch! - Rock On, and be weary' of any Hair Mods in the future.
°The Above suggestions are in No Way advised from any OFFICIAL EA/ORIGIN Entity, just some Druken Bohemian..... ;°P

laralu93 About modthesims.info/download.php?t=568792 The mod works fine actually. After you tried the code, you still see other clothes. Solution: You just have to repeat the code several times, until your sim is finaly naked. Then it´s done. ;-)

laralu93 I had the same problem although my sim would get dressed in bathing suit, not career clothing. And it affected another one of my saves but in that case it was my guy sim and he would just wear some random ea outfit. It is the strangest glitch. I ran the batch fix but to no avail. It just said all of my cc was fine. This glitch happened to me when I downloaded a house from origin. I'm not sure if it's connected. I took all my cc out (all of it, including mods) and she STILL was not changing into her nakedness. FINALLY I loaded an old save and she wasn't glitched in that save. I had to save that non-glitched sim to my library and then moved her completely to a brand new neighbourhood and basically started all over with her. I've managed to put all my cc back in but every time I go into my new non-glitched save I make her change into 'naked' just to make sure she hasnt' become corrupt again. I have downloaded that mod that rafael mentions above but I haven't needed to use it yet *knocks on wood* I really believe this is an ea glitch and I hope they fix it soon. phew, sorry to write so much
