Hey everyone and merry christmas.
Ok I have a weird question. When I created for sims 2 we were able to use the moveobject on cheat to move sims to a black or white walled background so we could take pictures. Then once I took pictures I opened the save picture in my adobe. And I was able to cut out the sims so I was able to put them on custom backdrops to make the sims pop. IS there a way to do that now? thanks in advance

Hi Novalore40 and welcome! I use Luumia's white CAS background here and go into edit the Sim to take pictures. Then later on in Photoshop I magic wand out the white background. Don't forget the shadow/blob remover mentioned on that post. Hope this helps, and Merry Christmas to you too!

You can also use Andrew's posemaker to help with pics in game. And if you want to cut away the background, you could pause the game, enter build mode for a sec and throw a white wall behind.

I was just reading through this post.....and the way i do it, (Not going to say it's the best, just a way.), with Paint.net - I use the Magic Wand and play with the Tolerance settings to Cut away at any Background, then there will be a blank Alpha around your Object/ Sim. I reclick the blank Alpha area and select the Gradient tool and add the Gradient in. I normally use Gimp for most things but Paint.net has a really great Magic Wand Tolerance. - Rock On!
