This dress was created by Its-Leeloo. It's her CORAL EFFECT MINI DRESS and you will need her mesh which you can download Here and is base game compatiable.
The Awesome Custom Color Palette that I used was created by SrslySims which she so generously created and shared with us upon my request to use them for my creations. You can download the .pat file and a text document with names for each color Here. Her palette come in 30 colors. The dress comes in 29 of her colors excluding "Pitch".

Next up with SrslySims custom color palette is the Stiletto High Strap Heals from Luxury Party Stuff (SP1) which is required for this to work in your game.

    Trying to catch up with posting this stuff. Made this sometime last month and now getting around to sharing.
This is the Cutout Dress from SP05 (Movie Hangout Stuff) and is recolored in 18 colors and has custom catalog thumbnails.
I've also recolored the shoes you see in the screenshot and will post that next with the same pics if you're interested.
