I don't hive time tonight hubby and I are going to a friends to play cards against humanity. But I can take some pics and write up how I did it sometime tomorrow, at the latest I can have it all done by monday. Awesome. Do it in your own time, I just appreciate you doing it at all.

Click the Warehouse tab. 1. Click on the Object Definition resource on the left. - On the right side scroll down until you see the Tuning ID line. Copy the Tuning ID number.
- Click Tools in the upper menu bar.
- Select Extract Tuning from the drop down menu.
2. Paste the Tuning number you copied in step 1a into the search bar. - When that tuning appears on the list below click on it.
- Click the Add to current package button.
- Close window.
3. Back in the Warehouse tab scroll down on the left side to the bottom where your imported tuning package is. Click on that line and the tuning XML will show up on the right side. - Click the Data tab.
- Enter your new tuning name into the Name line. You need to use the format EA has requested tuning modders use. This format is creator name:tuning name.
- Click the Tuning ID line. As you do this you will see that number change as Studio hashes the tuning name for you. Copy this new longer number.
4. Click on the Object Definition resource on the left side again. - Scroll down to the Tuning ID line on the right. Paste the new tuning ID you copied in step 3c into this line.
5. Click back to the Object Tuning resource. - Click the Data tab on the right side.
- Copy the tuning name that you gave to your new tuning.
6. Click back to the Object Definition resource. - Scroll down to the Tuning line on the right. Paste the new tuning name you copied in step 5b into this line.
7. Click back to the Object Tuning resource. - Scroll down on the right side till you find the super_affordances.
- Copy the tuning number for object_Insane_TalkToObjects.
- Click Tools in the upper menu bar.
- Select Extract Tuning from the drop down menu.
8. Paste the Tuning number you copied in step 7b into the search bar. - When that tuning appears on the list below click on it.
- Click the Add to current package button.
- Close window.
9. Back in the Warehouse tab scroll down on the left side to the bottom where your new imported tuning package is (It will be the very last one). Click on that line and the tuning XML will show up on the right side. - Click the Data tab.
- Same as step 3b. Enter your new tuning name into the Name line (it must be different than the first tuning name).
- Click the Tuning ID line. Copy this new longer number.
10. Click back to the first Object Tuning resource (Right above the new Tuning). - Scroll down on the right side till you find the super_affordances.
- Paste the new tuning number you copied in step 9c for object_Insane_TalkToObjects.
11. Click back to the Interaction Tuning resource (Right below the Object Tuning). - Click the Data tab.
- Copy the new tuning name.
12. Click back to the first Object Tuning resource (Right above the new Tuning). - Scroll down on the right side till you find the super_affordances.
- Paste the new tuning name you copied in step 11b in place of object_Insane_TalkToObjects.
13. Click back to the Interaction Tuning resource (Right below the Object Tuning). - Find line 41 and change False to True
Find lines 84-94 Delete lines. Find lines 86-101 Delete lines. Find line 113 Delete line Find lines 144-150 Delete lines. Save.

Absolutely, you can do what you want with this. I will post some better pictures, I noticed there kind of hard to read.

I noticed a few mistakes in my tutorial. So I just updated it with better pics to.

It might help to note that in Step 13, it's easiest to delete those lines backwards, otherwise the lower lines get moved up and they're no longer the numbers you mentioned.
EDIT: Oh wait, looks like you already took that into account...
