So, It feels like 80% of all CC being made is for the female sims, and mostly its clothes. However, I always feel like its clothes for a 20 year old. I like to play my game realisticly so I dont want a soon to be elder woman walking around in a top showing off her stomach. So, is there any good CC makers that make more of a "mature" style of clothing? I'd really appreciate some help on this subject!  Have a nice day! |

Some base game clothes actually work pretty well. I empathize with my sims so I don't choose slutty stuff for their everyday outfits. I like to see my sims have self-respect, as they should, having so many amazing skills and talents. Outdoor Retreat pack had some nice clothes.
It really is sad to see those "perfect", "beautiful", skimpy dressed sims everywhere. Honestly I find them bland and boring. They just don't have any features that make them stand out, and their creators always state "this sim is a model, blah blah blah" if they even bother to write a biography for them. Bland looks, no personality, boring history. I don't think many people wanna download those, or do they? This sort of thing probably appeals to insecure teenagers, maybe...

I as well would like some tops that do not show off the stomach area...crop tops are nice and all but not for every one of my sims to wear around the neighborhood. I want some flowy tops! I want some long tops! I want layers! I want cute sweaters that aren't crop tops! I want tops that don't show off the cleavage area! lol seriously if someone can provide a link that would be wonderful! |

Well, as most CC are just that, skin tight tops, and dresses showing off their figure - I suppose that most people want that, because its so popular. But I like realism in my game, that perhaps a 20-something do have a more crazy outfit, and maybe skin tight, if they have the personality for it, but then as they age and mature they gravitate more towards a more mature wardrobe, and that's where it gets so hard, because almost everything out there is in mind for a 20 year old, somewhat slutty girl, lol. I'd love some flowy tops too, and maybe some nice colorful loose tshirts and some nice colorful dresses. Because often when I finally do find something mature, its often black or boring, like... when I'm 45 I will still wear colorful clothes, mature dosent have to mean boring, older women can still wear colors and things that look beautiful.  Im going on a CC rampage, and I'll make sure whenever in the future I find something, I'll make sure to post here too for all the rest of us who feel the same way! |

Hey Julie J - I saw your upload they would look super cute on a lil' grandma! Good work. I agree with you sweetsorrowsims It's hard to find something inbetween those those age groups. tukete just uploaded some really good looking Blouses recolors HERE that I think will suit perfectly for both younger and more mature adults!
