Need Help. New

I just got this and now I'm trying to get my midnitetech world mod and empty save to work and it wont load the empty worlds. at all everything is just the same as if I didn't download anything. (base Game)  I have the other version of the empty worlds but I have build so much on that one and wanted to have all the worlds empty.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
