Ok I hope this makes sense. In the sims 4 (Xbox) Could I theoretically remove all houses and people. Then take each city and neighborhood and have themes of houses and neighbors. Then once I’m all done they will all go live their lives and interact appvalley tutuapp tweakbox? |

I think... There are a couple NPC sims that have to be there. I can't recall the necessary ones... you'll have to look that bit up. But you could smash pretty much all the houses and stuff... I'd probably leave the strangerville library and science lab intact if you want to play that story and then everything would go along as it should. There are build a world challenges out there that do just that.
Technically I think you could probably remove everything and play how you want to... as long as you don't want to play specific story driven bits.
