So in either way, you will need to pull them from the library. It's a personal section that only you can get to. I believe it works on and offline, but I don't know how or if that works for the "found" versions of the game. If you're moving from say one PC to another PC then you'll want to perhaps use the tray importer. Which can save the entire family in one zip with CC and all. With that, you'd unzip the files, put the mods/cc in the mods folder and the tray files into the Tray folder section. Find that here: luniversims.com/files/file/73-sims-4-tray-importer/Or just save them to your library and pull them into the new save from there. Either way I think you'll have to use the library for both ways. Just remember the library is not the gallery. The library works like the gallery does, but it's only for you.
