Mooncasters?

Anyone know what these are yet? I haven’t touched the game in a couple of years but I’m a sucker for any occult, we’re getting werewolves, but I’ve heard about these mooncaster things, are they something new? Or is that what we’re calling the werewolves, like spellcasters?
