Sims 4 Studio version 3.1.3.5 (Wishes) not working??

That's a much older version of Sims 4 Studio: 3.1.3.5 is from the July 2020 patch. What version of the game do you have? Your version of S4S needs to match your version of the game. Is it that old? Are you able to update the game fully? If you're using a pirated copy, it's inherently more out of date I think. If you're using the legacy version, I'm not sure which version you would need. Regardless, you need the version of S4S that is on the same patch (or as close to that patch as possible) as your version of The Sims 4, even if all of your CC is base-game compatible.
