Haha, yes... my CC library is probably bigger than it should be. On the upside, you can merge files together in Sims4Studio so that you have fewer of them. 8D
And you're welcome! I was using my memory for most of that so some things might be more Maxis Match, like some of the skins I mentioned, but it can still give you a feel for what you might like. The presets and sliders probably make the biggest difference. The presets are custom preconfigured styles which appear as large buttons on the right after you click on a body part, so you can have pouty lips that are already in that shape or a body that is already transformed in a particular way. The sliders add to or override EA's sliders which gives you more control in shaping parts of the face or body directly, allowing you to sculpt them more distinctively yourself.
Here are some links this time since my general search was a little rough.
Cmar's Breast Separation Slider V2: Click on the Files tab, download the zip file into your Mods folder, unzip the file, and delete the zip file after the package file appears.
More information on the page. I've used this one for a long time and it should still work!
Ssspringroll's The Tits:Click on the first link, then the download button, and save the file to your Mods folder. Click the back button and do the same thing for the second link. You can also open the links in another browser tab of course! These aren't compressed so now you're done. Forgive me if you already know this, but I wanted to be thorough.
This is the page where he gives more information. It works for both frames, which is why there are two files. This seems to add a lot of variety but I haven't tried it in my own game yet, just so you know. I fully intend to try it out and I hope it works with most of these other sliders I'm uncertain about. Also, Ssspringroll said that he placed the original EA sliders onto the Sim's back, so you will have to turn the Sim around to access those default sliders. You need to have a Sim facing the correct direction to get most sliders to work so that's an important detail to keep in mind if something doesn't seem to be working.
There were multiple links on the page so I put the download link first.
Warning: I wouldn't try his 3D breast mod (The Tits are an improved version of that slider so it's unsupported now) or the CAS Breast Toggle (it's a nice idea but on the website he says it's broken or incredibly finicky to get it to work; not worth it unless you are determined to try it out, in which case follow the instructions precisely or your game may have issues.)
Other options I've found are these...
Hellfrozeover's Female Chest Depth and Width Slider:
Click on the Files tab,
only download the HFO_TS4ChestDepthWidthFemale.zip to your Mods folder (the second file is outdated) and unzip it. Keep the package files and delete the zip.
I forgot I had this one too, whoops! Male frames already have this functionality so you only need this for females. I'm pretty certain it works with Cmar's slider; I don't know if it conflicts with Ssspringroll's or anyone else's. You can read more information on the webpage.
VibrantPixel's Breast Slider (and Body Preset):
Double-click the name of the file and then click the download button after it appears. Save them to your Mods folder.
I would only download the first two files (although you have the option to choose the waist or upper arm if you'd like. The default location is in the neck but they all change the breast in the same way so you can only have one version of this slider in your mods folder; they will conflict with each other if you download all three breast sliders.) This slider works with Cmar's slider but I don't know if it conflicts with others. More information on
their tumblr page.
You don't have to download the body preset if you don't like it but I thought it was worth trying out. If you do like it, I'd also consider downloading
the november preset which you can see
here.
If you want some more sliders by VibrantPixels, I would also consider
this arm and hip slider but only choose one (more information
here.) I'd pick the lower arm because she has another upper arm slider in
her 4K Gift set of sliders. (More information, strongly recommended, is
here. Includes pictures to show you where each slider is found and what it does!) Her sliders shouldn't conflict with any of her own sliders (with the exceptions already mentioned) but might conflict with some created by other simmers.
gzckrg's Extended Butt and Hip Sliders V1.3 Click the Files tab, download both zip files and unzip them into your Mods folder. Delete the zip files after the package files appear.
In the process of examining my CC folders, I realized that I don't have a butt slider! I thought I did but apparently not. This looks really good, it's for masculine and feminine frames, but I don't know if the hip slider conflicts with anything else since I haven't tried them yet. The butt slider absolutely shouldn't but it does override and enhance the EA default sliders.
And now for the last one because it's a more distracting download link.
RedHeadSims Breast Alteration Slider:
You'll have to wait awhile for it to load but scroll down and click on the download button, then save the package into your mods folder.
I couldn't find any information on potential conflicts
Redheadsim's website so I don't know if this slider will function alongside the ones I've linked above. I haven't tried it yet either. Of note, I typically avoid Simsdom as it has a reputation for uploading files without the creator's permission but in this case, the website links directly to Simsdom as the only free method of download. The files themselves are probably fine but if they aren't maintained by the creator there is a chance the CC could become broken or otherwise unusable in the future. Just something to keep in mind if you decide to download more things from Simsdom (I believe Simsdom now links to a creator's website when the download link is elsewhere and not housed on Simsdom but I could be wrong so it's worth being cautious.)
Whoo! I hope that wasn't too overwhelming. If you want more sliders, especially face sliders, you can search Hellfrozeover, Obscurus, Luumia, and Miiko. (Edit: Some of them also have presets. In general, I think more people create presets than sliders which makes sense because sliders have a limited number of locations to affect. Do read the descriptions, for example I know Miiko's lip slider conflicts with one by Obscurus but she mentioned which one it was. N3 I think. I kept Miiko's in this case.)
I also forgot to add previously, Pyxis and PickyPikachu have some 3D teeth replacements, I think? Either way, I use them and I think they work with some other simmers teeth. There's just so much stuff out there. I don't use everything I've ever found but I've looked at enough stuff over the years to know there's lots of CC out there for people who want more realism.
Oh, one last thing! Haha, just to make it slightly easier, here is a link to
Heihu's face overlay collection. Just click the four DL links and save the files into your Mods folder; you can have skin details in multiple locations (details that are in the same location will override one another on any given Sim that you're editing but they're safe to have together in your Mods folder. So you can sometimes combine different details by using two different locations, for example, having two different styles of freckles at the same time because they reference different locations. If you click a skin detail and one that you previously added gets removed from the Sim, then they conflict, they use the same location, and you just can't use them together unfortunately. This is why some people make skin-blends; they've combined a bunch of skin details that they like into a single overlay so they can have more options at the same time.) Anyway, with this you'll only have 4 files or less of skin detail CC to manage but a lot of overlays to choose from. You don't have to keep them and if you'd rather only try or keep a few of the sets that were merged here, there are links to each overlay set individually as well.
Edit: If you need help unzipping files, try searching "how to decompress files" or "how to unzip files"
Last edit, I swear. I focused on these because a lot of Simmers tend to play more often with female Sims but if you prefer males, some of these are still relevant! I hope it's a good start and of course, if any of them don't seem to work, try taking a few of the breast sliders out of your mods folder (I'd leave Cmar's in because I think most people use that slider and thus account for it, based on the information they've given), delete the LocalThumbCache.package in your Sims 4 folder, and go back into Sims 4 to see if that solves the problem. Sims4Studio can't open sliders or presets or tell you anything about them, it can only merge the files I think, so it's not useful if you're trying to figure out which sliders conflict with one another. Good luck!
