hello, I noticed the discover university mascot costumes apply an effect that muffles the wearer's voice. Also the yamachan mascot from snowy escape mutes the wearer's voice entirely. Is there a way to disable these effects or even use them in another clothing article in sims 4 studio? Thanks a lot lol.

Yes to both questions. Go to the Warehouse and at the very bottom of the CAS Part you will find a box called Voice. If you blank this it should remove the effect, but if you want that effect on other items just copy/paste the one you want to the other item. You will need to do this for every single CAS Part.
