Hello, can i ask for help? While showing mods from the list, S4S shows only two parts of body mesh, these are head and feet, or just don't show anything except cc (not including cc that are only textures on body mesh, they're missing). I don't understand what cause the problem because i updated both TS4 and S4S, and Blender too. Is it just broken cc or something else? Hope for your answer. Thanks!

If the only thing visible are the head and feet, then you're probably missing the mesh to a full-body outfit. These are probably recolors and since most creators ask that the mesh not be included, it wasn't. Go to the website where you downloaded these files and there should be a link to the required mesh on the web page. (If you don't remember where you got them from, just try searching online for the name and the creator. Note: if the CC is from The Sims Resource, there is a tab above the download button, just under the last image, that should say required. It's in a row with the description and the comments. Click on required and there should be a link.) Download all of the meshes that you're missing and then open the items in S4S again to see if that solved the problem. Edit: If the CC isn't base game compatible (BGS) and requires Packs that you don't have, that could also create this situation? I'm uncertain, but the web page should mention that. For the second situation, I'm confused. Do you mean, for example, it will show only the CC dress and not the Sim wearing the dress? I've never experienced that before but I would guess that it's broken. Remove those items from your Mods folder. You could try finding them online and see if the creator has updated them, but if they haven't, you'll have to wait and see if anyone else knows what to do. I'm sure there's some way to fix it but if it's also broken in Blender then I'm going to guess there's an error in the code they used or they forgot to do something important in the process of making the CC.

To be honest, i'm completely confused in both situations... I have some folders in Mods folder, only from one of them S4S shows head and feet. When i try to check outfits, all full-body outfits are visible with whole body mesh, but individual parts of outfits are visible only with part of the body mesh to which they're attached. Also, cc from other folders aren't visible at all. I'm starting to think that i have plenty of broken cc in every folder.

One thing to keep in mind is that, unlike TS4 itself, S4S does not load all the CC in your entire mods folder at the same time. It loads everything you put in its own Mods folder, and if I open a single package file which is a recolor and the package file for the mesh is in the very same folder as the recolor package, then it generally finds the mesh just fine, but it doesn't go looking all over my whole Mods folder just to see if I've got the mesh in there somewhere. (That's probably not a complete description of its exact behavior, either, e.g. I'm not sure whether it will look for meshes more broadly if you use 'My CC'.)

In my experience, if you use My CC it does go looking for everything in your Mods folder but it probably helps if they're housed within a similar folder. For example, I keep most of my hair in the hair folder (organized by creator but there's also a folder for random hair files) but I have some spread out since big Collabs/Collections have their own folder (and then the Plumbob Tea Society has their own folder.) I also only recently started keeping recolors in the same folder as the original mesh since that helps cut-down on dead recolors if I no longer want to keep the original. That said, I'm not entirely certain if I've had problems before where I didn't realize it simply hadn't searched through every folder within my Mods folder to find the mesh.

I'm afraid I still don't understand but here's somethings to double-check, just in case. Edit: If you know all of this already, sorry! I'm just trying to be thorough.
First, if you have any Zip, Rar, or 7z files, you'll need to unzip them. The Sims 4 can't read these files, only package and script files. (S4S can only read package files.) If you need help, search "how to unzip compressed files" or something like that for a step-by-step process. Second, make sure you aren't nesting your folders too deep. The game only reads 5 folders down by default (counting the Mods folder), so you'd either need to modify your resource file to go deeper or redo your organization process a little bit. I've had CC that didn't show up because I've done that before. Incidentally, Script mods can only be nested one folder down. So mods/scripts/MCCC won't work and you'll need to make it mods/scripts by putting those files directly into your scripts folder or mods/MCCC by placing the entire MCCC folder directly into the mods folder. Package files can go deeper, for example Mods/CAS/Hair/LeeleeSims1 should work. I think one more folder in is also okay, if for example you want to separate the hair accessories into another folder within LeeleeSims1 (it might look like Mods/CAS/Hair/LeeleeSims1/HairAcc when you look at the top of the operating system window) but one more folder within that and it will become invisible to S4S and Sims 4, even though it exists. Double check how many folders you have within one another: one way you can check is by taking folders that aren't visible and placing these folders directly into the Mods folder at the very top to see if they finally appear in S4S. Even if it can't open the files, the folder itself should show up if it can see them. I hope that helps; I'm not sure how else to explain it.
Third, some CC can't be opened in S4S. I don't remember if I said that but for example, true skin tones can't be opened (overlays and other skin details can.) You might be able to open them to create a new project and S4S can modify them, but I've never been able to open and look at skin tones in My CC. As long as you run the batch fix on them, they should be okay and reappear in your game. (There is also CMar's skin converter 2.3 if that doesn't work.) If you're trying to view an accessory that is an overlay for another mesh, you won't be able to see it because S4S can only load one mesh at a time. (Hair recolors show up because of how it's programmed. The hair mesh is called up in that instance, since the recolors is treated as an additional swatch, but overlays like ombres won't really appear and you'd have to try them in game to see if something is wrong. Of note: some accessory overlays only work for the CC they were created for and will look terrible if applied to other hair styles, clothes, or hats that they aren't compatible with.) Anything that only affects game play can't be opened either, even if it's a package file. I'm not saying this is your issue, but pointing it out to clarify that these things might not be broken. If you open a file in My CC, modify it, and then S4S suddenly can't open it any more, that is a problem and the modification most likely broke something, but this is only if you could open it before.
Fourth, some objects are separate. Shoes, pants, skirts, tops, etc. You can't see more than one item in S4S at a time. If you need to see how clothing is layering or if there's some texture overlap between different CC, for example, you'll have to look at those items in the game. If you're only seeing the head when you're looking at a hat, I don't know what that means. I've never experienced that. If you're looking at a dress and all you can see is the head and the feet, that's most likely because the mesh for the dress is missing. Meshes don't go over the body part they're on; they replace that part. In this example, the dress is replacing the naked torso, legs, and arms, but can't find the clothing mesh it's trying to replace them with so there isn't anything there.
Fifth, ALL of your mods must be somewhere in the Mods folder, regardless of how it's organized. There might be some exceptions but that's extremely rare. Lots and Sims go into the Tray folder. Other people's Save files go into the Saves folder. I'm assuming this is what you've been doing, but decided to clarify in case there's any confusion.
Sixth, if you have mods that affect game play, such as MCCC or the Tool Mod, always go to the mod's web site and see if you need to update them; do this after every new update. Even if there isn't a new pack, they regularly add changes in base-game patches. Sometimes it has no effect on anything in particular but that's rare. You can't view these with S4S so it'll never tell you if such mods are broken. Seventh, after you've made sure every folder within your mods folder is recognized by S4S (even if it can't open those files), just go ahead and run every Build-Buy Batch Fix, then run most of the CAS batch fixes. Ignore the stuff referencing random and different occults for right now; focus on the ones that mention packs and patches. The only one I'm uncertain about is the glass hair fix if you use alpha; I don't know if that ruins alpha hair. After you've done those batch fixes, see if it fixed any of the CC that had these issues. It can't hurt and S4S will create a backup for each batch fix where it changes something. (Note: always backup your Mods folder before you do any manual changes; S4S doesn't create a backup file if you open a file and then change something yourself.)

The other thing I'm wondering about is that you've never mentioned whether you have any content that looks wrong in the game, only in S4S.
I'm sure it's possible to have content that S4S will show and TS4 will not, whether or not what's wrong with it is something that makes it look funny in S4S. But it's more likely that broken content would show up in both S4S and TS4, but simply not work right in the game (again, whether the way it is broken affects its appearance or not). And there are many reasons why something might look funny in S4S even though there is nothing wrong with it at all and it works perfectly in game, because S4S does not (nor should it) display things exactly the same way that TS4 displays them.
(If you're unsure whether the content is working in-game or not because you don't remember what it's supposed to look like in order to look for it among all the other CC in your game, you could try loading the game up with ONLY a handful of files that you think might be broken in your Mods folder, nothing else. Check how they're categorized to make sure you know where to look, go into CAS, filter for CC only so they're easy to find, and see whether you can find them and whether they work when you put them on Sims.)
(Another option is to find working links for (or upload to a cloud site, but creators usually prefer you not upload their content elsewhere) some of the files you suspect may be broken, and share those links here so that someone else can look at those items.)
At any rate, you will definitely need to provide more information before someone would be able to tell what's going on.

The problem is that in TS4, everything is fine, but in S4S, body mesh just letting itself be gone fully or partially depending on which folder i choose from Mods folder to check in. Therefore, i haven't thought that it's something wrong with the game or cc, if only S4S do funny things I'll keep your words in mind and sort it out, thanks!!

If everything seems to be working in the game, then it's probably related to what Cidira said about S4S not looking in every folder. I don't think I've had this problem but I never thought about it before and it's possible I had this happen but didn't realize it because I started organizing my folders a little differently. I'd definitely start putting recolors into the same folder as the original mesh and seeing if that solves your problem.

Wow... I'll certainly follow your instructions, just wanted to thank you a lot! You're the first person who tried to understand my problem and provided such clear structured advices! I hope these will help and i'll write if problem is solved You're welcome! Without much info, I thought that might cover a lot of what could go wrong. Some of those you could probably do in a different order, I just numbered them to make it easier to talk about. Also, I could be wrong about how deep the folders can go by default but I know it's either 4 or 5. But again, if you know a folder isn't showing up, just try moving it up by one folder or place it directly into the Mods folder to get it to appear and make sure the CC inside also appears. And definitely place any file with recolor in the name in the same folder with the mesh it uses. You may need research if the creator didn't name the recolor in a way that makes this clear but the webpage you downloaded it from should always reference any necessary mesh that isn't included in the package file they're offering you. I hope we've been able to help but yeah... it's always possible it's S4S being odd. Oh, one more thing! Before I forget, you should also make sure that your version of Sims4Studio is updated to the same version as your Sims 4 game's most recent patch, when possible. Obviously if S4S needs an update, sometimes it will take a few days for them to work on that, but a much older version of Sims4Studio could perhaps create problems that are only in regards to itself so it's good to regularly update your version of the program when you update your game. The notes section where you download S4S should tell you what game patch or pack that version of the program was updated for.
