Since we've had the ability to pretty much remove gender restrictions from clothing, I've noticed a lot of the originally female-frame clothes don't work well on a masculine frame. In S4S, I was able to go under the masculine sort and vertex paint the meshes for the skirts that show up, and that fixed the strange floating issue I've been getting, but so much of the catalogue doesn't show up under the masculine frame even if you can switch it in game. Is there any way to get to those meshes? Some blouses and unlisted skirts fit my masculine-framed sim, they just float out and I would like to see if vertex painting would fix them. Thanks in advance for your help!

Please, can anyone advise me on how to find those meshes? I really am stumped and need some help.

I was told (by mauvemorn I think), when I asked a different but related question, that if a CAS item shows up in S4S twice, it has separate meshes for each frame, but if it only shows up once, then it's a single mesh that morphs from the original frame to the other frame.

Thank you, Cidira. I wish there was a way to take those single meshes and morph them properly so I could make them fit properly. I appreciate you answering!

Well, there are things you can do. I can't say whether there's a way to make a default replacement that will actually have separate meshes for the two frames instead of a shared one, but I know you definitely can clone and edit the mesh to make a better male version (and make an override for the original that stops it being available for the frame you made the new one for, if you want). And you might still be able to get the original to morph better without making it look bad on female frames.
