I am not really sure what causes the issue, but you might try doing this fix the curve inside blender as you did before, then go into pose mode, and select all EA bones by clicking "a", then while the bones are still selected switch to object mode, in the left tab go to "animation" and click on "bake action", make sure the options are the same as in the screenshot and then click ok (edit: the end frame should be where your animation ends, it should be set automatically don't change this one), after that save the blend file and try importing it into sims 4 studio

It is still drifting but thank you for trying, I do appreciate it.
