Hello! I've had this problem since I installed the new (3.1.3.7) version of S4S on my computer. In the blue window where you normally can see your model and CC, nothing shows up. I've tried zooming, unzooming, checking the game path, uninstalling, using the zip version, trying the 3.1.3.6 version (which is shown in the screenshot) but nothing resolves the problem. I think this problem appeared after I replaced the igdusc32.dll file on my computer. It had been a while since I ran S4S (my old version from this summer) and when I tried to run it, it gave me an error message saying that this particular file was missing (the CC was showing up in the window but not the model). So I replaced it and updated S4S instantly, which now gives me that problem. I even tried to remove the igdusc32.dll file from my computer to see if S4S shows me that error message again but it does nothing. Could you help me figure out what's going on ? Thanks in advance !

Have you made sure to link up S4S properly to your game (documents AND Program files) and Blender in the Settings tab? If you haven't, the sim models won't show up and you don't get the Blender plugins installed properly.
Mine are set up like so on a Win10 OS, but there could be differences depending on your computer setup.
Sims 4: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4 Documents: C:\Users\NAME\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 Blender: C:\Program Files (x86)\blender-2.76b-windows64\blender-app.exe (I think mine was a no-install version)
If the bolded part is linked to something else, you may want to change it. The two game folders should link to the The Sims 4 folders, not anywhere else in the folders.

Hello!
Yes I've checked the paths multiple times but I still have nothing in that window.
However, I can create cc and it works in game. It's just that I'd like to have a preview instead of loading the game to see how my cc looks.

Was there a particular reason you removed/replaced the igdusc32.dll file? Have you had problems with other programs after this edit, or just S4Studio?
