Recolouring the fishes problem

Hi, I have recoloured the Mountain Lion fish (Outdoor Retreat) and the Scorpion Fish from Island Living. The scorpion fish works perfectly but I can't get the Mountain Lion fish to change colour. I have made a texture from the game files, I have even recoloured the fish, the fish laying on the floor and the mounted fish but it still refuses to change colour. The only difference between the two fish is that there is no texture showing for the fish on the floor for the mountain fish in S4S. I had to search using the id number. I have no other recolours in for this fish or nothing that could be affecting it as far as I know. The scorpion fish file is HERE, the only difference between it and the Outdoor Retreat fish is the id number and colour. 
Any idea why the lion fish is being so stubborn? All suggestions are welcome I'm totally out of ideas myself.
