I'm converting a skirt from ROM to kids and although I figured out how to stop the texture from showing on the shirt... I'm still having issues with tank tops. Can anyone help?

Could you share your package? It looks to me from this picture that you will need to fix the UV mapping somehow.

Fixed the problem slightly but still have this black seam. Anyone? Edit: Removed the shadow mask. Still a mild seam? Package

I've looked at your mesh and I'm not really sure what you need to do to fix the UV mapping as I'm pretty sure that is still what is causing the remaining line on the torso. S4Studio doesn't make it easy due to the fact it exports kids wearing a t-shirt instead of something skin tight or just bare skin.
I can tell you though that you need to fix the legs. You seem to have combined the Adult legs from the converted mesh with the child legs from your base item so there are bits sticking through each other at the top.

If you set this pic as the background, you'll see that the skirt's uvs are a tiny bit in the top's area But, as it was mentioned before, if you saved the shadow map in png, you should re-save it in dds and re-import it ( or just export the current one as dds and re-import it right away )

Update: Fixed the legs and edited the UV again and chunkier body has no seam but skinny still does. Tried to fix the shadow by matching it up with the new UV by resizing it to the baked image and exporting it as DDS and it only made it worse. I'm thinking that shadow.dds needs some work that I don't understand... Here's the updated file for viewing: Skirt
