how to make sign similar to this in blender/ts4 studio?

in blender press "shift + a" and click on text



rotate it by 90 degrees by pressing "r" and inputting 90

in the text tab, you can increase the extrusion making your text thicker, and the bevel making your text more roundish and changing the font




After you are done tweaking your settings while having your text selected, click "Alt + c" and click on "mesh from curve/meta/surf/text"
