So I've had this glitch many times and I really can't figure out whats causing it. Whenever my sim walks, there's a glitch where it looks like there's a 'flab' of skin connecting her ankles. It only happens on my current female cc sim, as it doesn't for normal townies and my other male cc sim. In the past it has happened with my male cc sims though. Has anyone had this problem? Found it to be a certain mod? Ive run my mods folder through conflict detector several times and deleted everything that had a 'conflict'. Still is happening. I have my cc folder merged into files, so there's a fairly large amount of files in each merge package. Does that have to do with anything? I am fairly sure it has to be something with cas, but unmerging my files and remerging them over and over again looking for the problem is tedious. Any advice?

Does it go away if you change skin or clothing or hair?

sounds like it could be a cc item, best to do is the 50/50 method did you remove mods from game and then test it? hows the settings of your game? you can also try clearing cache. if all else fails repair the game

Do you have default overrides for shoes/feet take those out first.

mine does this too, it may be the cc, but it may also be the quality your game is set to? i haven't tried it yet, but maybe we could set our quality to a lower setting.
