What I tried: Transfering data from several eyelash meshes, transfering weights from various eyelash meshes. Vertex painted it. It didn't change anything. The Problem is that the eyelash mesh still doesn't move when I try to edit the upper lid. It stays inside the upper lid. Several people suggested I need to transfer data in order for it to work but it changed like zero. Weird thing is that the mesh moves with the animations. For instance it moves when the Sim blinks but doesn't move when I edit the eye shape or the lids itself... Hopefully someone can finally tell me what I was doing wrong the whole time. Hi. 1). Your eyelash mesh should be "growing out" of the existing edge loop on the head. This way the bottom row vertices will match those on the eyelids perfectly and have identical vertex group values. So you should snap them. 2). Transfer weights from the head and not other creator's eyelashes. To remove extra vertex groups download this addon (it's free ) and install it; 3). The uv_1 is messed up again, should re-do 4). UVs are in the wrong place in uv_0. Your package is started from earrings, not glasses. Use this templateHere'a a blend and a video

Thanks. That's definitely more useful and something I can work with. Thanks for the video and all the work involving it!
I >>Think<< I found the issue why it wasn't moving. The vertexpaint wasn't right. Now with proper vertex paint it finally moves when editing the lid. The mesh still distorts a little but that can be fixed.
