There is no picture. If you need help please post pictures right here. But judging from other pictures I guess I know what you are talking about. If you make meshes in MD they consist out of chaotically placed tris creating bad edge flow (for the game). In order to get rid of this problem in future meshes you need to retopologize them. mauvemorn created tutorials explaining how to do this.
