Hello. First, I'm sorry to my poor english. In short, in Studio my hair's textures hadn't any problem. But in game, texture looks strange. Hi, your uv_1 is set tiny so that the mesh won't deform with the sim body. If the neck is smaller or larger than the default, the hair on the neck will not deform to match up to the model. Also, you might want to change the weight paint on the back of the head. If I grab the neck bones and move them around, the hair will clip through the neck/body because the bottom part on her head is weighted to both her head and her spine bones. You also have no vertex paint colors. See link for colors. Here, most of your hair should probably be dark green and the part around her body (such as the back of the neck) should be the blue color. Oh, sorry! I misunderstood. Please take this on your uv_0 and pull it down a little bit. It's just too close to the edge, that's all.
