You can use the 'MyCC' option on S4Studio.

You can use the 'MyCC' option on S4Studio. that lets me view the cc not sort it.

Join us! Your program is just wonderful-it helped me out hundreds of times in various situations, especially Batch-functions for converting content after updates, etc. (like the latest functions for optimizing / correcting skintons and makeup, now the program is working and looking for / correcting makeup). The CC view function is useful, but... When you have 10,000+ files in the Mod folder (I know, I'm a "maniac" in terms of mods, especially CAS mods)... Viewing the entire CC piece by piece is a huge problem. So such a batch sorting function would be very helpful in at least pre-sorting mods! As an ideal option - multi-level sorting. On the example of CAS-mods, ideally at least 3 levels: 1) the CAS folder (i.e. everything related to this category in general-hairstyles, makeup, etc.) 2) Subcategories - there is already a division into Hair, Makeup, Clothes, Accessory, etc. 3) dividing those categories where there are subspecies into smaller ones. Makeup on subcategories used in CAS, clothing also on subcategories such as Top, Bottom, Outfit, Shoes... So are the other categories... For clothing, etc., it is desirable to divide by gender/age, but this is already a surplus. The same is true for objects - multi-level division into groups and subtypes of objects...
I know I want too much, but... Please do at least a simple sorting of items. At least 2 levels of division of objects... 1) Division into CAS and Objects. 2a) CAS is divided into the main categories listed above (Hair, Clothes, Makeup, etc.). 2b) Objects is divided into at least Build and Buy categories. But for objects, it would be ideal to add at least one more category-division by type. Build-Doors, Windows, etc., Buy-Comfort, Electronics, etc. Please consider this possibility in a future update... P.S. After all, all items in the game are assigned a certain tag in the game, according to which the game defines it in a particular category... I do not think that such an option would be too difficult to perform (after all, in batch mode, the search for objects for editing, etc. is probably also searched by tag...)... P.P.S. Sorry for possible mistakes in text. English not my native language.

Hello, I am not sure if this is the correct forum to ask, so I apologize if it is not. I wanted to create a mod that sorts CC by Outfit Type and Sub Part Type for CAS cc. I have found something close here, but the category types are stale and have not been updated since May 2021. I notice that S4 Studio keeps these lists updated and I wanted to know how it does this. If this is some top secret sauce, I will understand. Can it be extracted from the latest TDESC files from EA? Thanks again.

If you mean the info in this from the Git: S4_03B33DDF_00000000_D89CB9186B79ACB7.xml This is a file you can extract. Copy/paste the instance (long number) into Extract Tuning under Tools in S4S, then click Export.
