Hi,
if you installed it from the disk I suggest you to patch it. You need to go trough origin and update it. Either way you need to update the game.
Remove the mods from the folder before doing so.
After the game is updated put only the horns in the mod folder and see if they appear.

Hi xxjackattackxx, if you didn't download the game from Origin I'm assuming you bought the disc. If that's the case you have the original vanilla game. Since the original version was put out EA has patched multiple times and many of these patches have affected CAS items. The tools that make CAS items must update each time EA patches and so content made using those tools, like the horns, are made for patched games. This is why, even though you just got the game, you need to update it.
