Hey @countrykris. Photography & Design? Now we are talking my language. I'll be more than happy to help you with. I've always been a firm believer of showcasing items in-game. Sometimes, that is very hard to do depending on the setting of the day. I have a passion for very clean, crisp design. Similar to how you would view a catalog online or in a magazine. After all, that is the way they "sell" their items right? So you see nothing but the item itself. I approach marketing cc just like a real photo shoot. I set up a 10x10 square room with no windows. I use a backdrop, extreme lighting, and EA's new "saucer" dome light that came with "Spa Day." Then I shoot away. If you are in need of a backdrop, I highly recommend Kewai-Dou's. I hope you find this information useful. Give it a shot!

I feel the same way. I would like my pictures to look like they do in a magazine. I'm not good at setting up lighting. Could you upload the room you use?

Thanks Bakie, and no problem. I'm always here to help. (The backdrops work well for poses, and sims too.) orangemittens, *High Five*! I couldn't be more proud. One of my best uploads so far. Could not have done it without you. @countrykris: I don't really fool with the gallery, (especially with cc attached lots.) I only upload blank canvas lots for S4S challenges there. (Also, It's attached to my house because it's stashed in my garage. lol However, I will be willing to send you a photo so that you can duplicate it. (Indicating where to place the light source.) Tip: Never add a light source directly in front of your object. Always to the side for natural lighting effects. ♥

how did you get them to work?! can you make one you can sit on a surface? as for lighting tips usually use only 2 lights in the room and have 1 at the back and 1 at the front on an angle a good distance away from your object add a 3rd in a corner on an angle if need be. and if all else fails than cheat with a paint program

-X-: Oh Man, I had to change scale of the fx:positions, then I had to adjust the decimals for the coordinates of the items in the tank. A surface one? That's a great idea. I might have to give that one a go...

I had actually thought of that too. If you run into questions let me know...I think it would be a super cute mod

(2) Wall Mounted MicrowavesThe more I began to decorate, the more I realize we need decor for small spaces… No. This item does not function. Sitting that high, the animation would be gruesome. That’s probably why we can’t MOO mount the original. I don’t really use the microwave anyway. However, it’s still nice to be able to mount it in apartments and dorm rooms with very little counter space. ♥ Details: Appliances | Stove | Stove Hood | §300 Credit: Tool: Sims 4 Studio (JOY) 2.5.1.2 Jenba‘s, “The Kilbourne”Catalog Organization: Artist Tag “ajOya” Color Tagged Design Tool Compatible Thumbnails TOU
