I've always loved the Cottage living diamond pane windows, but always disappointed that most of them have shutters attached, and dont really match up with the double paned window which is open, so I edited them and came up with these.
I have removed the shutters and the curved lintel on top of the windows and replaced with a straight one which matches the double open window. I also added matching window ledges to all four and adjusted the height which they sit on the wall.
You will need the Cottage Living Expansion pack in order to use these. These are not over-rides so the originals are still available in the game.

One of my favourite Kitchen sets is the back to basics kitchen set by Madam Ria However, it doesnt include a kitchen table and I could never find one to match the chocolate wood counters, so I decided to make my own. Table top matches the counter, and the kitchen table frame and chair frame matches all the counter colours. Total of 10 swatches

I've always liked the metal and wood shelves that came with the Eco Lifestyle pack, I just didnt use them because there were so few slots and built in clutter. So I removed the clutter. I also edited the Second Chance shelf so that it has several wide shelves rather than the random sized ones in the original.
Added additonal slots - All Medium so most items of clutter should fit.
Hanging Shelf - 12 slots Second Chance Shelf - 23 slots Wider Second Chance Shelf - 30 Slots

*Update*
Updated the specular texture to stop the base board having a wierd shimmer effect. If you noticed this you will need to redownload the walls.
I never really liked the plain walls which came with the base game. Think white coving and skirting boards just didnt fit in with my style so I made some new ones. Varying shades of colour in 9 seperate packages so if you want a specific colour you dont have to trawl through countless swatches. All with a minimilistic light wood skirting board.

I love this collaboration set from Ravasheen and Summerr Plays
Its one of my favourites and the only set I have been able to find with a built in fireplace
The original set was in blacks, greys and whites, but my preference is for wood, so I decided to recolour it.
You will need the mesh from Ravasheen's website here
It comes in 3 wood shades - Pine, Cherry and Mahogany. I've left the Marble surround of the fireplace the same as I think it blends nicely with the wooden textures.

Saw this sofa and chair in another persons build pictures on facebook. I loved it so much and didnt realise I already had it installed. There was only one leather texture though so I decided to give it some more colours. There are 10 colours in all in a variety of colours.

The very talented Nynaeve Designs has allowed me to modify the decorative crib from her Aura set so that it is useable by infants. The original set including the baby crib can be found here
The edited version is available in the same patterns and recolours as the original set. I have also lowered the sides so there is no clipping when the adult sim reaches in, and added the upgrade facility for the baby mobile.

I've recently fallen in love with waterfall counters and Myshunosun's Sol Redux Kitchen is one of my favourites. I also have a thing for wooden counters so I decided to recolour them. I have included all the original counter colours with 4 different wooden counter tops. 80 Swatches in all. You will need the original mesh from Myshunosun which is available here
