Andrew posted a Pose Pack containing all the CAS Traits. If you put that into your Mods folder along with custom CAS trait override poses it will play the custom override instead of the EA CAS Trait animation. It's an easy way to use your CAS Trait override poses in the game. He posted that HERE. Those are the only pose packs so far...Studio is still working on getting Pose Pack creation into the tool but it shouldn't be long.

I really really want to add custom animations to my game without replacing default in-game ones. The only thing i am actually useful is to test because i wanted to do a Pose/Animation player myself and... oh well i almost messed up my entire game in the process. What i remember about the sims 3 is that on Blender it had this tool that exported the animation from blender to .animation (In-game animation format) and then you just exported it to a empty package. I don't know if the ingame animation format is the same but if that is correct i think you just use the actual rigfile from sims 4 and export the .animation to a sims4 empty .package

The tool you remember from Sims 3 is the ClipTool which Andrew and I developed. This is what we will release for Sims 4 also. The ingame animation format is not the same but we aren't expecting it to take long now that we've turned our attention to it

People who create things made with it are amazing too...I can't wait to see what you do with it and I love seeing what creators post here at Studio forums.

This looks amazing but..waaa, it won't work for me... It's unzipped, in the Mods folder, all patched up, scripts enabled. What am I missing? I'm not seeing the extra option when I click on my Sims.

Hi myobi, Can you make sure that you have both files unzipped into your mods folder like shown below: You should have 2 files in your mods folder and neither should have the zip extension anymore once unzipped.

Solved it. I didn't realize the files couldn't be nestled in other folders inside the Mods folder (I'm a freak when it comes to categorizing all my CC with folders). Now it works and I can experience the brilliance! : D Woohoooo!

You may have to adjust your browser settings or addons or even try a different browser.

Hi Andrew, I am really enjoying the pose player! I noticed it inserts the animation into the queue like other interactions. Is it possible to modify the looping feature so I can queue and play a series of pose animations? Perhaps having a repeat option on the input dialog where you select the pose, with a default option of 0 (repeat forever)?

Hi fufu508, I plan on adding some new features to the pose player at some point and will take a look at this one too. I'm glad that you are enjoying it
